To optimize global shipping, Ellie Jules partners with 3PL warehouses located in Italy, Spain, and the USA. Our Beauty, Skincare, and Perfume products are shipped exclusively within Europe, in compliance with manufacturer and brand standards.

We guarantee that all orders are carefully processed, picked, and packed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. This ensures fast, secure, and reliable delivery to all destinations.

Shipping Regions & Rates

Europe (Excludes Cyprus and Malta)

  • EXPEDITED EU Shipping (1-2 business days): €3.50 for orders €100 and above. (Not available for orders under €100.)
  • FREE EU Shipping (2-4 business days): Free for orders €100 and above.
  • STANDARD EU Shipping (3-5 business days): €4.50 for orders up to €99.99.

North America (USA & Canada)

  • FREE International Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders $100.00 USD/CAD and above.
  • STANDARD International Shipping (3-5 business days): $19.99 USD for orders under $100.00 USD.

East Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore)

  • FREE International Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders €100 and above.
  • STANDARD International Shipping (3-5 business days): €22.99 for orders under €100.

Additional Shipping Information

For shipments to the USA and East Asia, deliveries are made on a Duty Unpaid (DUP) basis. Please consult your local customs office for duties and taxes. Shipping operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding Bank/Public Holidays. A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
