Simple and Hassle-Free Returns At Ellie Jules, we want to make returns easy for you. If you're not in love with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days, minus initial shipping costs. Store credit or exchange is also an option.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all authenticity cards, dust covers, tags, packaging, and protector tapes.
• Earrings and pierced jewelry are returnable only if the tamper seal or sealed bag is intact.
• Report any defects within 24 hours of receiving the item.

How to Return Your Product

1. Submit a Return Request: Email us at contact@elliejules.com with your order number.
2. Print and Use Free Return Shipping Label: After approval, print the provided label, attach it to your package, and contact our shipping partner. Get a "Proof of Postage Certificate" as we're not responsible for lost items in transit.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and approve the return, we'll refund you within 48 hours. It may take 3-5 business days for it to reflect in your account. Contact us if you haven't received it after 15 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The return conditions are the same as above.
